| What we are looking from you: - The incumbent
would be responsible for the business in Karnataka The person
should have prior experience in space selling and have a
target-oriented attitude. The incumbent would be reporting
to Vice President (Sales & Marketing) who is based at
Mumbai. He should be a self-starter and have the ability
to lead a team of marketing executives, set targets, monitor
performance and above all develop customer base while improving
relationships with existing clientele. He should be a core
sales professional, who can work to identify new markets.
It is a senior level position, which require experience
of 10 – 12 years as Marketing Head of a target oriented
setup. Age around 35 years with suitable qualification and
experience of working in a dynamic environment where beyond
numbers, one has to motivate his team to achieve the desired
level of performance. Media experience would be preferred
but is not necessary and professionals who have worked in
organizations with a track record of growth would be our
ideal candidates.
Good personality, excellent communication skills with decent
family credentials and knowledge of the local area would
definitely add to the profile. |

| What we are looking from you: - A senior professional
from MIS who can streamline coordination between business
centres, Sales support, State Heads & Functional Heads
for achieving the targets and other corporate objectives.
He would be responsible for implementing and monitoring
the control system to render complete logistic support to
the various Business Offices, Combined Scheduling &
Coordination Department and the Billing & Credit Control
Department. The incumbent must be an expert in MIS who can
provide information on business trend in growth areas and
monitor the cost effectiveness through discounts, market
share and deals. |
| What should be
your experience: - Persons with a media background having
at least 10 years of experience in MIS and coordination. A
thorough knowledge of all major metro markets and keen analytical
mind is a must. Excellent communication/coordination skills
would be an added advantage. |
