Malayala Manorama Mobile App wins Best News Mobile Service prize at South Asian Digital Media Awards

The Malayala Manorama Mobile App has won bronze at the prestigious South Asian Digital Media Awards 2017 presented by WAN-IFRA for the Best News Mobile Service category. The award recognises publishers who have adopted digital media and mobile strategies as part of their total product offering to meet the major changes in how people consume news and information today. The World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA), is a global organisation of the World's press.

On behalf of Malayala Manorama, Amin Seethy, Assistant Content Producer (Manorama Online), received the award from Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ABP Pvt. Ltd, DD Purkayastha and WAN-IFRA Chief Executive Officer Thomas Jacob at a function held in Chennai.

Manorama's news app is also available for platforms such as Amazon's Alexa and Apple Watch.
